Purchased Acrobat Pro in 2012, computer was cleaned deleting file.All we have is the order number, but it is no longer in the system

Do you have the installation media, but just need your serial number? Have you tried logging in to your account at www.adobe.com using your Adobe ID and password and checking your order history? If you don't have the installer, please see Find a download link on Adobe.com for information about finding a previous version installer.
