Subscription stopped

I had, what I thought, was a rolling subscription to Adobe Acrobat Pro since June 2013

This has recently stopped working saying the trial is over and I need to add a subscription number to activate.

In my ID I have nothing listed under products so no serial number.

Do I need to activate the product every year and why would the subscription keep charging if the software as stopped?

    Hi AOliver5D,

I checked your account and everything is in order there. There is no serial number required for an Acrobat subscription, so please try logging out, and then logging back in to your account. If that doesn't work, please try the alternate solutions listed in this document: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/ccm-prompt-serial-number.html

    Best,

    Thanks Sara,

I have tried the above but when I try to open Acrobat or print to PDF its tells me the my trial has stopped and to register or buy the program!

    Any further thoughts?

    many thanks
