Trouble converting file from home

I get an login error message when trying to convert PDF to Word docx. How do I correct this? I am using this tool at home for the first time, instead of at work. I subscribed to the conversion and edit tool privately, so I own the access. Thanks, Van AR

If you tried to log in from Adobe Reader X or Reader XI. please try to access at https://createpdf.acrobat.com/signin.html with your Adobe ID and passowrd.

If you tried to log in from your browser to the above site then please try from other browsers.
