Hi to all,

I have a difficult question: inside the acrobat.com cloud, saturday evening a big and important file PDF, 10mgb was replaced automatically with another file weight 25kb.

it was a big faile of the system!! How can recover the last saving of the correct file? who can be able to manage the problem?

    of course I've the free version of the cloud and the contact center told me that they cannot help me

    You've learned the painful lesson of doing backups. You should never have a "big important file" without backing it up in another location.

    Purchase backup software for your system (or use an offsite backup service over the internet) and perform backups on your critical files.
