Question

What do I have to do in order to be able to edit a document in WORD?

I ordered this product so that I can chand PDF to WORD and edit them. I uploaded the PDF, and the sidebar says it is word, but there is no intuitive or obvious way to edit the document.  There is no help file. There are not instructions on using the site.  This should be easy, not a pain in the neck, only lower. And having to join an adobe community is just another way that the company forfeits its responsibility to service its product.  That's another conversation which will, undoubtedly, be highly unsatisfactory when I bring it up to Adobe.

Hi,

Please see the steps below to edit your Word files after exporting your PDF files:

1. Download those Word files on your computer

2. Open the Word file in Microsoft Word

3. Start editing the file.

How to Download Files:

All exported files are stored at https://files.acrobat.com and you can login with your Adobe ID and password.

Or at Web UI(https://exportpdf.acrobat.com/signin.html) you can click “FILES” next to “TOOLS” at top or click “View All files” in the file list of “Export from PDF” tool( or “Convert to PDF” or “Combine Files” tools for PDF Pack users) that will redirect you to the above site(https://files.acrobat.com)

From Reader you can click “Store Files” under “Tools” and click the link of “Open Acrobat.com Files”

Thank you.
