    Hi toure,

You've landed in the Acrobat.com forum, but there's no serial number required for an Acrobat.com account. I'll give you a link to our "How to find your serial number" document, however, in case you're working with a different Adobe application. I hope that gives you the information that you're looking for. http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-serial-number.html

Please let us know if you have additional questions.

    Best,

    Sara

I also am being asked for my serial number.  I have an acrobat.com subscription but a box is appearing on my screen (I've done nothing, no updating, no installing new software, and I've had my subscription for almost a year), asking for a serial number for Acrobat XI Pro.

    Hi kjdittmar,

Did you perhaps download a free trial of Acrobat at some point over the last year? An Acrobat.com subscription is separate from Acrobat software, so you shouldn't be asked for a serial number unless you have Acrobat XI on you computer. Can you please use the Finder (Mac OS) or Windows Explorer to double-check for a copy of Acrobat XI?

I look forward to hearing back from you. If you determine that you don't have Acrobat XI, we'll dig a little deeper.

    Best,
    Sara
