Why did Adobe change my Word files into Adobe PDF files and now i am no longer administrator?
I created Microsoft word files a few years ago, meanwhile my computer died and the hard drive failed, but had orignial copies and got a new hard drive on my computer. I then scanned the original copies back into my computer but Adobe picked them up instead of Word and now i dont have full writes to them as before? As such, i am stuck, yet these are MY creations and MY files that i wrote and created.
When i tried to convert them back to Microsft Word which they were orignally, it says i will need to pay for this and this is not right as i have already paid for Microsoft Word which is the orignal version that i used to create the files and what i wanted to use and stil want to use to edit them with? This is not right and i think Adobe should help me with this problem. I tried to email and contact you telling you about this bug, but again not until after i was done filling out the endless details that had nothing to do with what i was talking about, did it say that my email would probally not be veiwed as due to the high volume of emails? This whole way of doing buisness is crasy if you ask me for there is no way of contacting you or letting anyone know of a problem. So lets say i in the future did want to purchase your product? Do you really think that ignoring emails or this manner of opperating would make anyone want to make someone want to have postive feelings about joining? I dont know about anyone else, but for me at the moment, i have to say no.. I just want my original files back into Microsoft Word that they were created in... thats all...
