I subscribed to Echosign two days ago, then I bought Acrobat DC yesterday, not knowing that Acrobat DC would allow e-signatures, so Echosign is unnecessary, How do I get refund?

What's with the zero live service from Adobe??  I bought Acrobat DC yesterday, and the support page shows that I should have 90 days of chat support, but I have none.  I can only get support from the forums, which can take days, and I need help now.  This really sucks.

Here are my issues:

1.  I bought Echosign three days ago because I needed a way to get signed documents from my clients.  I had Acrobat XI at the time.  I updated Acrobat that night, and the next day it stopped working. I uninstalled and reinstalled it several times, but nothing worked, and there was no support to fix it.

2.  So I had to buy Acrobat DC Pro.  I started using that to create forms, but then found that there was no way to send the forms within DC.  There is supposed to be a "Send for Signature" tool, but there is none to be found in the application.  I've posted several messages on these forums, but have had no response/help.  I am losing much work because I can't do the things the app is supposed to do!  And there is no support to help me.

3.  Now that I know that Acrobat DC enables me to send for signature without Echosign, I want to get a refund for Echosign because I don't need it.  But, of course, I can't get support for that either.
