Mega Sign functionality for small business

I'm wanting to use eSign for a company policy that needs to be signed by 20 people. I could go through the sending process 20 times, but Mega Sign has the functionality I'm looking for (one upload, multiple recipients, with each person signing the document separately). I haven't been able to figure out whether Mega Sign is still an active feature, and how to find pricing for a plan that has it available. I'm currently just using EchoSign (has that been renamed to eSign?) from my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription.
