2 photos deemed to have 'Technical Error'

Can someone tell me what the technical errors are for these 2 photos?  Especially the one that does not have the black background.  Thanks.

Generally, we don't want images with excessive post processing which includes borders and in this case a white vignette. You will have better chance of success during the review and more importantly with sales if you submit the clean, color version of your image. If the customer wants that vignette effect on the image for their project they can easily add it on their own. If they don't want it, it's much more complicated to remove.

Same with the black background, it looks to be photoshopped as opposed to a shot captured in front of a black backdropped. Minimal post processing is advised.
