Question

I'm new at Adobe Stock. The attached picture was rejected by artefacts. What is the problem?

Something like a tattoo is recognizable and also has been done by another artist. Did the tattoo artist sign a release? Did you send a release with this photo? Please read about artifacts on the Adobe information for new stock contributors. You can also resubmit this photo after you remove the tattoo. DId you get a model release from the male model?

You seem to have issues with noise - both colour and luminance:

Noise comes under the artifacts rejection. However, I think you have other issues as well. For example, I think it is a bit underexposed; white balance - there is a yellow cast - t-shirt should be white and contrast etc.

The best and easiest way is to use auto tone, colour or contrast in Photoshop if you have it, or any auto function in your photo editing software and then adjust if necessary.
