Images can be reviewed within a few days or even possible a couple of weeks depending on the volume of submissions at any given time.

You can review your accepted content in your Dashboard.  I'm not sure what you mean by "manage" but from your Dashboard you can update Title, Category and Keywords of accepted images.  There usually isn't anything you would need to manage once they are accepted though.
