Can't Upload files

Hi, 

I'm trying to uplaod some JPEG files.

I already uploaded some today, but i can't find the "upload" button anymore! It's gone!

Looks like there is an issue in my dashboard.

I tried to sign out, but that's not availble too! It shows "Sign In" while i'm already signed in

When i try to sign in again it does is automatically.

I'm stuck in a loop!

Anyone has the same issue?
