I have many photos disqualified by the adobe stock reviewing committee due to technical issues. I don't care many of them but this one is very favourite for me and i really hoped that it would qualify the reviewing process😓.
Can anyone help me to understand why it didn't get qualified.
Before you submit images, compare with other Stock images to see if yours are better than what's already represented. Stock customers expect perfect images for use in their commercial projects.
If this is a scene near where you live, perhaps you could consider returning to the site, bringing a tripod, and working on a better composition. In addition to the technical issues noted by Abambo, including chromatic aberration, noise and white balance, it's blurry, has underexposed shadows and a leaning horizon. The composition would have been improved by getting closer to the shore of the lake and omitting more of the dark overhang of leaves. That would also have omitted the concrete/metal boxes (benches?) and focused more on the city skyline. I find that there is no focal point on which the eye can rest in this composition.
Also, I would suggest not getting emotionally attached to the images that you post to Adobe Stock. An image can be a favorite because it evokes good memories for you, but the Moderators don't care - if the quality isn't good enough, it won't be approved.
