I recently received two emails that notified me of the accept/reject status of two pictures that I recently uploaded. For the most part these messages seemed normal, but, unlike previous emails from Adobe Stock, the fine print at the bottom of each message was written in Russian:Управлять настройками электронной почтыAdobe и логотип Adobe являются зарегистрированными товарными марками и товарными марками Adobe Systems Incorporated в США и/или других странах. I've actually had this for quite a while... a long while. But I haven't worried about it.

I actually have received emails in Russian and Spanish for notification of rejection or acceptance. This happens to me from time to time!

And it's the fine print just like your screen shot. I don't worry about it. It is legit! And it's nothing to do with language settings because mine are set correctly.
