Question

File ID: 142823612 and File ID: 142823124

File 142823612 This illustration was rejected as being non-compliant.

File 142823124 this illustration was put in  reminders for a property release

Both of these are illustrations.

The fox came out of the forest and stayed by our parked vehicle.  I took several photos and from these photos created both of these illustrations.  Both have a different look to them but they are the same fox.

Why non-compliant and why property release?

thanks.  I do submit both photos and illustrations.  It boils down to choice in the end.

here are the 2 fox images.  The one with the background is non compliant while the other is on hold pending property release.  Both are illustrations.  Can't understand the reasons. !

I'd really prefer some of these as photos if it were me.

I do like the first one with the paper background though.

No idea why they are rejected for the reasons they've been giving.

Thank you.  I was wondering about that but its odd they have accepted many others of this kind without the release. Thats whats so confusing.  How do I get them to confirm this so that I can have it resubmitted

That's a beautiful image. I guess they may want you to provide a release of some kind saying that this is your art.

This is a user-to-user forum. We do not have access to Adobe's rejected bin, so we can't see your image based on its ID. You'll need to upload an example of it or something for us to see.
