Rejection for "Aesthetic or Commercial Appeal" reasons means the Adobe Stock's reviewers feel there is no commercial appeal here. In other words, nobody will buy this. Sorry.

Adobe have decided it won't sell; there is no right of appeal. A pity, I rather like it. I wonder if you could develop the idea into a metaphor for climate change instead - something that people are surely crying out for (pictures to illustrate, that is).
