If you can't upload, you have trouble with a parameter that can be checked right away, like size or format. If you get a refusal, it's because of the bad quality of the picture. Nothing of interest is sharp or even nearly sharp. The hand is quite not interesting.

Learn to use your camera. A 700D can do better. Tip: at 800 ISO you will shoot great pictures, but too noisy for stock. As the 700D is a crop sensor, noise starts to get seen at 200 to 400 ISO and you need to compensate for that.

Also the colors are too red.   Don't submit this photo.  Adobe Stock will reject it for technical reasons.

It will not upload because of the extreme poor quality. It is out of focus and noisy.

The edge of you image should be sharp at 100% zoom. You need to check for this and other faults at between 100 and 200%. Also, the composition would be better if you added a little negative space around the heads of the models. Too, the white balance is not correct. It has a red cast.
