Help with selling stock photos on adobe stock

Hi, I want to know if its ok to sell stock photos on adobe stock with a pen name that is not same as my original name.  Also by doing this is there a problem with regards to payments as the documents for identification and related documents will be with original name.  Kindly help me and guide me on how to do this.  Thanksn in Advance.

You will have your screen name that will be shown outside to the public. And you will have your real name that is known to Adobe. As for the rest, the assets need to be yours. You can't post assets that have been created by third parties.

Thanks Abambo.  So I can hae a screen name, that will be my penname.  Adobe will have a real name.  So the public will not be able to see the real name correct.

Correct. And there is no possibility for buyers to contact you. Only thing you need to pay attention are the exif data. They are not automatically stripped off.

 

But be sure: if you post images that should not be posted by you, because they belong to someone other and that one complains, Adobe knows who you are. So this may be effective to shield you from other people but not from Adobe. 🙂
