Firts of all, I think, your photo has posterization artifacts. See the closeup below. Notice how the buildings and the trees look like an oil painting? This can be caused by JPEG compression (in or out of the camera) and or too much

post processing.

Another problem with your photo is the logo and name on the port. You may need to remove that.
