How can I find my photo? :-)

Hello,

I have problem to find my photo in public web. I can find it by using a file number 334120471, but when I use key word, that is there and is not very common (in my case - flower carpet Prague), the photo is not there. Also I can not find my profile by using my name. What am I doing wrong?
