How do you classify line art conversion?

I converted a photo to line art, do I now call it an illustration or is it still classified as a photo for submission? First time using this process. Thanks

Is this your own photo? If not then you can classify it as "not yours" and you can't sell it. Joking aside, kind of😉, if you converted the photo in Photoshop then it is a JPG illustration. If done in illustrator then mostly likely vector illustration. 🙂
