how to get paid for sold images

I keep getting emails from fotolia saying my photos have sold.  How can I get paid? 

I was selling on fotolia for many years, but now don't see how to redeem my sales.

pls help

Hi Jonp,

Thank you for that information. One other question. Did you try accessing it via Adobe Stock? If yes, with no success, click/tap on your Adobe Stock Account tab and scroll down to "Contact us" and send your question using the text field provided there. Your request will go directly to a staff member.
