I can't upload photos to adobe stock for no reason

Hello! I have tried to upload my first photos to adobe stock, but for some reason it says that "There were errors uploading the file sth.jpg". I already rebooted my device and tried to upload from a different browser, but it doesn't change a thing.

What can I do?

Hi Nuslune,

You will receive this message if your file is too large, too small, or if you are having intermittent Internet service. If your file meets the requirement of 4 to 100MP resolution and falls below 45MP then you might need to check if you are getting smooth and consistent Internet service.
