I uploaded my id many times but still no update?

Hi, I have uploaded my id (driver license) for many times since last week but still hear no update. I've been trying to submit my photos but everytime it prompts me to upload my id, which I did. But as soon as I click submit, everything is still the same, no error message or any additional info for me. Anybody here that can help me verify this? Many thanks!
