Image rejected

Photo rejected as no aesthetic value or commercial use. I am puzzled that someone makes this judgement. How could a person possibly know whether someone among the thousands who use this service would not have a creative way to use this photograph. Most of my work is being rejected, some for clearly solid reasons I think, but others, like this, without good cause. Can someone help me understand why the reviewer thinks no one would have an interest in using this photo in a commercial way?
