Image rejected for quality issues

I'm confused as to this rejection. I welcome specific critique on this image.

Hello David Hart Type, This rejection - quality reason - is explained in the guidelines set up for contributors. You can discover more precise information there. Our forum usually requires a larger image of the work you had rejected. However, quality issues are just that - the general quality is not up to stock standards. Appart from the general wisdom that joanh22203655 communicated, nobody will be able to see the problems with your picture because what you uploaded here is way to small.
