hello! i am new to adobe stock. i uploaded a couple of vectors. it's been 5 days and they are still in review. is it normal? how much time does it take to get accepted?

Though it's more typical for submissions to be reviewed in 2-3 days, 5 days is not unusual.

Yes, that's not unusual. All submissions are carefully reviewed by real people, and queue lengths vary.
