Matter of rejecting my uploaded photo

I'm new to Adobe Stock and I'm tryiung to get a feel for why of my photos was rejected for "technical issues".

White balance is also a problem.

 

What is not a technical problem, but which will lead also to refusals are the multiple logos that are visible in the pictures.

There is no detail in the arial photos and there are severe lighting issues in #1 (as if it was taken through glass). #3 has more detail but probably not enough, it will also need multiple property releases. Adobe's customers are looking for world-class commercial photography, perfect in quality and composition, suitable for multi-million dollar advertsing campaigns. If you are not already a commercial photography, professional training and a few year's commercial experience may prepare you for the demanding work of stock.
