The noise, as already mentioned, could be a problem. The second thing is, you might need a release. Otherwise the image could be rejected because of copyright issues.

My 2 cents (but I'm also new)

I like it.  If you get rejected because of noise / artifacts, it's most likely because of the sky.  (I wouldn't try reducing the noise unless you were rejected for it though).  Obviously you will also need to remove your watermark in the lower left.
