I don't know what kind of artifacts problem is on this picture. Could anybody explain me where is the problem?Gould

Hi there, it is a good picture, but...

you have noise, and this can see seen here, viewed at 100% you can see this:

Which is not surprising bearing in mind this was taken at ISO 1600. Perhaps a bit more noise reduction is needed.

What software do you use to work your pictures?

Every software has a noise reduction tool and works quite the same:  you have a slider you push to reduce the noise.

You have 2 kinds of noise: luminance and chroma noise. You need to get rid of both. However, noise reduction leads to washout effect if applied excessively. So the art is to add enough to get rid of the noise and not too much, not to eliminate the details in your pictures. Very often, you have auxilliary sliders that help with detail and contrast.
