Photo rejected due to technical errors

Hello friends. Adobe stock rejected this image for technical issues. What am I doing wrong apart from bad editing. I am quite new i this field

I think you will get good advice here. I'd point out one point: the composition is not good enough. But don't take my word for it, see Adobe's requirements on https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/stock/contributor/help/photography-illustrations.html and tips on https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/how-to/tips-stock-image-acceptance.html. They say the composition must be good, and this is very subjective, and needs intuition and a keen eye, and lots of experience of rejected pictures. However.... there is one specific fault mentioned: 

" Check the overall composition... Fix basic compositional elements — make sure the horizon is level "

bonsoir 
j'ai regardé ta photo et la première chose à dire c'est que des couchers de soleil, il y en a tellement qu'ils prennent les meilleurs 
ensuite la composition de ton image n'est pas bonne 
quel est lae sujet de ta photo ? 
le ciel ? 
les réverbères ? les imameubles ? 
on ne voit qu'un morceau des immeubles et des réverbères, soit on les enlève, soit on les met plus en valeur, ce cadrage comme ça, est onutile pour le ciel inutile pour les immeubles et inutile pour le tout 
C'est typiquement le genre d'iage qu'on fait ensortant de chez soi du boulot ou d'un magasin, oooooh le joli cie et on shoote sans réfléchir , ca ne marche pas à tous les coups 
la meilleure chose à faire est la préparation des photos, repérer les lieux, les décors et le jour ou il y a un joli ciel, y aller et paufiner son cadrage en choisissant le bon objectif, la bonne focale, et éventuellement incure un premier plan pour avoir une silhouette nette qui se détache du ciel.etc...
