Picture Marked Blurry, Rejected, But Water Moving!

I recently had a photo rejected because it was labelled blurry. IN reality, there were red rocks underneath moving water in a stream. It's hard to counter these comments. Adobe, if you are listening, the File ID: 131770922  I did write to Adobe about it. Waiting-
