Problem uploading video with SFTP

I got the following error when i tried to upload through SFTP (video).

Upload of file **** was succesful. but error occurred while setting the permissions and/or timestamp. If the problem persists, turn off setting permissions or preserving timestamp.

----

The error looks like the server side error...?

Did i miss out anything? (i managed to upload videos previously through FTP)

My guess is that for security reasons you can't change anything with uploaded files as soon as they are uploaded, so you should disable what get's suggested.
