Problems with uploading videos

Hello. I upload videos via the FTP client, but they immediately go to "Not accepted" and I do not see the video. I can see the numbers of rejected files, but I can't see the files themselves, so I don't understand the reason .The video meets all the requirements. What am I doing wrong?
