Registration on Adobe Stock

Good afternoon, everyone! When registering on Adobe Stock, he writes that "Creating a new account is not currently available." I can buy, but I can't upload photos. The button is missing. Can someone tell me!

You will need to disable your pop up blockers and ensure cookies are enabled for the chat feature to function properly. The chat icon is in the bottom right corner of your browser. To get to a real person when starting the chat, type in AGENT.
