Hi Paul,

This file is not properly focused. It is noisy, both chromatic noise, and luminance. In addition there is a white balance issue. It is too cool. Please zoom your images to between 100 and 200% to identify these flaws. You will see small spots all over the the image. Also you will notice that the colors are not smooth. Tiny color spot are especially noticeably in the grass at the roadside. There is nothing that is sharp at 100% zoom.
