rejected photo - intelectual property

I have rejected photo with reason: intelectual property problem.

Please, look on this photo and tell me where is problem. For me this reason does not telling enough. I would like to understand it correctly.

You didn't attach a model release with the file. The man is clearly visible and recognizable. A release is required.

My personal ideas about is:

1. Shape and form of the boat can lead to recognize the brand

2. Person eventually can be recognized

I hope if this reason is recognizable person (missing model release), it should be rejected with such information.

Otherwise this is not clear enough.
