Gimmicky colorized effects are not allowed.  Stock customers want high quality, natural photos for use in commercial projects.  If their project requires colorized images later, they will do that on their own.

 

Read the Stock Contributor User Guide.  Pay attention to the DOs and DON'Ts section.

I see blown out hot spots due to the harsh lighting and spots on the background that need to be cloned out. The unnatural color and manipulation on the second image will probably disqualify it from consideration as well.
