Rejection for "Aesthetic or Commercial Appeal of Image"?

Hi, this photo was rejected for "Aesthetic or Commercial Appeal of Image", is there any way to find out what the reviewer didn't like?

It was accepted on other sites, and is one of my best selling pothole images on Shutterstock.

It is an interesting image, and I would think it could be useful as stock. Do they have a lot of pothole images on Adobe?
