I am still waiting for the release of my disposable income. The 45 days after the first sale have passed. I still do not have the possibility to recover the money
Can you help me to understand what is blocking me?

When you post a question you always need to tell the program you are using
There are MANY programs in a full subscription, plus other non-subscription programs
Please post the exact name of the Adobe program you use so a Moderator may move this message to that forum

I'm a contributor on Adobe Stock. My account blocked about a month or so. When I open it, it says " Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us. »
I sent a message three times clik on Contact us but noone respond.
