Hello,

I just registered as a new contributor. I filled the W-8BEN to avoid US Withholding tax.

I do not really understand the email I received after (see in annex).

In one paragraph you tell that I am exempt of taxes, but in the third paragraph you wrote about a 30% withholding tax?

Can you explain me clearly if I am exempt or not?
