which filezilla type is used for sftp mp4 uploads?

so, on adobes site and filezillas own site it states filezilla is free to upload sftp for mp4 videos, yet when i go to filezillas website, it has server and client listed in the first sentence and states it is freeware provided free, and then they have a 'pro' version under that. the server does not state it does sftp, but client does, again both listing as free in the first sentence of their own webpage.. so i thought client was the wayt to go since it is as stated free... until after you click the download button and then you are suspiciously sent to a payment page where they are trying to charge for the freeware. anyone have any suggestions for a less shady uploading site or other option?
