Why is Adobe covering for image thieves?

Adobe could you please tell us, the contributors, why is it that a proven image thief is still online on adobe/fotolia? https://stock.adobe.com/ro/contributor/206226723/awdsin Is this how you earn money Adobe? This guys they represent you or what? Is that an open invitation for everybody to start selling stolen images knowing that nothing will happen to them? Could you please explain what is the official policy regarding this matter?

Can anyone from adobe answer this questions?

When you make such accusations you should at least proof your case. As for your question how to handle this: Contact Customer Care . Be sure to have proof of your accusations by hand. Contributors must assert that the work they publish is their own work. You are not allowed to publish on behalf of others. If the case is proven, the contributor is locked out.
