Adobe gave you a rejection reason.  I'm assuming it was for Technical Reasons?

The foreground is grossly underexposed and way too dark. All details are lost. This would not print well.

The why is:

  • underexposed - photo is just too dark and black
  • bad composition
  • the setting sun is just a white patch.
