Best way to go from pages made for iOS identical pages for android?

Hi,

Can anybody tell me the best way to get around this hurdle:

1. I create content for iPhone users here: KonfirmandKliplev2018

2. I want to make the same content available to android users. OK

3. Do I have to start with a new empty template intended for android ??

4. Or can I copy/export/import from within a new android template from existing content created for iOS ?

All the best out there --

Adobe Experience design is divine -- at least that is my sensation of the new (Beta)

There are many ways in which you can create mobile applications. If you are using Adobe Creative Cloud, you can create mobile applications using Adobe Animate or Dreamweaver. I am sharing a few links that should help you get started.

You can also look for online courses on creating mobile applications.

I did not quite get your question. How is your Android design going to be different from that for Mac? Is it in terms of design or in terms of dimensions?

If you are thinking dimensions, you can create a new project with those dimensions and copy-paste your content and resize them accordingly.

If design, then you will have to create the components that you need for your Android design and import them to your new project.

Thanks Preran,

Now I know, why you didn't understand my question -- that is because I thought that there was a difference in coding like when grafiks in pnp can be saved in jpeg.

So, the question is only a matter of dimensions and/design ?

In that case, I can copy/paste and save my first work for iPhone and then begin from scratches for android and then past into this new work of mine.

But: do you really always have to keep a version in both formats -- does it look 'ugly' if you open my work made for iPhone in Android?

I apologize if you already knew this, but Adobe XD is only a prototyping app. After you design your layout for phones, you share your assets with developers that are creating the mobile application or site.

For your question about appearance on iPhone and Android, assuming that you are creating your prototype for the same dimensions, the same site should do very well. One way to verify this is to preview it Learn how to preview prototypes and record interactions using Adobe Experience Design. and see how the site looks. You will know for real only when you test your design on actual mobile devices Preview your designs and prototypes on actual devices |
