How to export XD file to Photoshop with whole texts and long layer?

I have some problems

 

The first thing is I couldn't export XD to PSD with whole texts.

some texts are okay but other texts are HORRIBLE. 

 

ex) I wanna export word 'Apple' it often export 'Ap ple' we can't see the blank before click this words

 

 

The second thing is I wanted export long XD file to PSD.

It was under 30MB. There was no capacity problem

I can guess It was too long to export to PSD.. 

 

How can I solve it all?

Could you describe how you currently "export to Photoshop", because there's no direct way to do that. Are you using a workflow tool like Zeplin ? Or are you opening an exported PDF file ?

XD > PDF > AI > PSD that's what I did..

so.. what is the solution? Do I have to read all?? I can see you don't offer services yet...
