画面分割エフェクトの作り方　MV"神っぽいな”の再現

MV「神っぽいな」の再現を趣味で行っている者です。

画像のように、画面全体を分割、それをランダムに配置するようなエフェクトの付け方がわからず行き詰っています。どのようにすれば再現できるかを教えていただきたいです。

AEを使い始めて一週間くらいなので右も左もわからず、丸投げな質問で申し訳ありません。
どなたか回答を頂けると幸いです。よろしくお願いいたします。

    Try starting with the Bad TV animation presets, do some masking, stack up a bunch of the other effects, and add some motion to the copies of the shots. The transitions you see are a combination of a lot of effects and masking. There is no one effect that will do everything with a single click. I think there may also be more than one copy of the layer in several of the transition I see in the video.
