Question

3D Layers overlapping positions

I have a issue with 3 3D layers.

I have a square middle layer and i want two other squares to come out of the square. When a square moves to the right it comes out from behind the square  like it is supposed to, but when moving the other square to the left it overlaps both squares even thought the layer is under both of them. I hope this makes sense.

To also note ièm moving the squares with positions and using 3D layers for X,Y,and Z rotations to only make the squares pop out. All squares have the same rotations attached and move in unison. No layers pop out of each other while staying half behind. Please help asap, thank you!!

3D layers interact in 3D space, layer order doesn't matter unless they're at the same exact same point in z-space. If you post a screenshot we can better help you find the problem.
