Question

Adding properties to a keyframe

I have created 3 keyframes using an anchor point and changed their position on the timeline so they slide in. I keyframe 4 I want the image to squash using "Scale" stopwatch. When I do that it affects all the keyframes, not just the one selected. How can I only affect one of the keyframes and not all of them. Thanks.

You will of course need keyframes on the scale property as well. You have a misunderstanding there. AE does not store all animation in a single keyframe. Each property has its own set of keys. As Jose said, this is basic stuff and you may want to read the AE help or watch a good tutorial on thiese essentials.

These are some basics of AE. If you don't want to interpolate between scale values,  you must set the keyframes as Hold Keyframes (Animation > Toggle Hold Keyframes).
